Alison Gilbert, founder of Project AG, is a pastry chef turned COO turned business strategist and coach. Alison is passionate about helping emerging entrepreneurs build thriving businesses that in turn fuel economic and cultural growth.
Prior to building Project AG, Alison was hire four and COO of food media company Tasting Table where she helped grow it into a forty person, multi-million dollar company reaching a readership of millions. To date she’s helped 40+ businesses across commerce, media, tech, design and fashion successfully scale including such brands as Well+Good, Levo League, Maiyet, Racked, Oui Shave and Junes.
Alison was born and raised near Asbury Park, NJ. She holds a BA from The George Washington University and a certification in Pastry Arts from The French Culinary Institute (now The International Culinary Center)--she makes a mean salted chocolate chip cookie (if she does say so herself).
